This weekend I started making a hard top for the car. I really don't plan on making it so I can drive the car with it on, it's more of a temporary cover for when it's on the trailer. To start I covered the car in plastic to keep resin from getting on it. Then I stretched spandex over the windshield to the roll bar. Then I added 3 layers of carbon fiber. This will give me the basic shape, once it's dry the real work begins.
